Plumber websites

Plumber websites you can see working before you pay.

Two complete websites for fictitious plumbing companies, live on their own addresses: an emergency shop and a family-owned one. Click through every page. On Concierge we apply a look to your own site, or design one for your shop.

The criteria

What the best plumbing websites have in common.

Eight things every plumbing website should get right, whatever it looks like. Both demos are built on them, and so is every PlumberEngine site.

  1. 1A tap-to-call number in the first screenIn the header and the first screen on a phone, as a real tap-to-call link. Emergency shops keep it pinned while visitors scroll.
  2. 2Honest hours, on every pageMatching the Google Business Profile, and 24/7 only if someone answers. In Jobber’s audit of home-service sites, 65% didn’t show business hours at all (source: getjobber.com).
  3. 3The towns served, listedOnce on the home page and on one service-area page, never a page per town. 43% of home-service sites in the same audit didn’t clearly list service areas (source: getjobber.com).
  4. 4A page for every serviceWater heaters, drains, sewer lines, leak detection, emergencies: customers search for the job, so each job gets its own page.
  5. 5The license number in the footerIn the state's required format, with the board or city that issued it, and insurance named by type.
  6. 6Prices you can seeA trip or diagnostic fee and honest ranges for common jobs, with what changes them.
  7. 7Real photos and real reviews onlyThe truck, the crew, the work. Reviews linked to where they were left, never written or bought.
  8. 8Fast and readable on a phoneMost plumbing visits are on a phone, often in a hurry. Big type, short pages, nothing that has to load before the number does.

Templates

Why we don’t sell plumber website templates.

A plumber website template is a file. You still have to host it, fill it, keep it current, set up your Google Business Profile and do the SEO. That’s the part that takes the time, and it’s the part PlumberEngine does.

Our looks are applied to your site instead: your pages, your words and your photos stay; the design changes. On Growth ($99/mo) you keep your current design and we fix what’s broken. On Concierge ($199/mo) we apply one of these looks or design one for your shop. See pricing.

Questions

Plumber website questions

What should a plumber's website look like?

Whatever fits the shop, as long as the first screen on a phone shows what you do, where you work, whether you're open and a number to tap. Below that: a page per service, your service area, prices or a trip fee, your license number and real photos. Our two demo sites show two very different looks built on the same rules.

What are examples of great plumbing company websites?

The best ones lead with the phone number and the service area, have a dedicated page for each job they do, state honest hours, and show the license number. The two live demos on this page are complete examples you can click through end to end.

Can I buy one of these as a plumber website template?

Not as a download. These looks are applied to your own website on Concierge ($199/mo): your pages, words and photos stay, and the design changes. If you don't have a site yet, we build one from a look and write the pages from what you tell us. A $20 template file still leaves you doing the hosting, the upkeep and the SEO.

Are these real plumbing companies?

No. Ferrule Plumbing & Drain and Lindqvist & Daughters Plumbing are fictitious, set in fictitious towns, and their license numbers are clearly marked samples. The demo sites aren't indexed by search engines.
