PlumberEngine

How PlumberEngine works

From first call to finished site, and every month after.

Six steps. You spend about an hour on the first five, and a few minutes a month after that.
  1. One call

    A free consultation

We look at your site, your Google Business Profile and what Google and AI answers say about your shop today.

  2. 1–2 days

    We copy your site

Every page, photo and post moves over, word for word. Nothing for you to gather. No site yet? We build one.

  3. When you're ready

    You choose the look

Keep the design you have, or on Concierge pick one of our plumbing looks or have a custom one made.

  4. Before launch

An SEO and AI strategy session

On Concierge, we map the searches and AI questions your customers use in your towns, and plan the pages to win them.

  5. 2 minutes to go live

    Review, then launch

Check a private preview page by page, then point your domain at it. No downtime.

  6. Every month

    Audit, propose, improve

A monthly SEO and AI engine. We propose page edits and new pages, and make them once you approve.

01

One call

A free consultation

Bring nothing. We pull up your current website, your Google Business Profile and the map pack for the towns you serve while we talk.

We'll tell you plainly if we're not the right fit, for example if you need call tracking today (it isn't built yet) or you're happy with an agency that's working.

02

1–2 days

We copy your site

If you have a website, we copy it onto our platform: every page, photo and blog post, word for word, at the same addresses so nothing you've earned on Google is lost.

If you don't have one, we start from one of our plumbing looks and write the pages from what you tell us: services, towns, hours, license.

03

When you're ready

You choose the look

Growth keeps your current design and fixes what's broken: a phone number you can tap in the first screen, a page for every service, hours and your license number in the footer.

Concierge can apply one of our looks to your pages, or we design one for your shop. Your words and photos stay; the design changes.

04

Before launch

An SEO and AI strategy session

We pull the real searches for your services and towns (water heater repair, drain cleaning, emergency plumber and the rest), see who holds the map pack and page one, and decide which pages to build first.

You get the plan in plain English before anything changes.

05

2 minutes to go live

Review, then launch

You click through a private preview and tell us what to change. When it's right, a two-minute DNS change points your domain at the new site.

Your domain stays registered to you the whole time.

06

Every month

Audit, propose, improve

Each month we check how you show up in search and AI answers, then propose specific edits and new pages. Nothing changes on your site until you say yes.

In between, ask for any change in plain words (new phone number, holiday hours, a new service) and it's made. On Concierge, email our team instead.

Your part

What you actually do.

You run a plumbing company. The website shouldn’t be a second job.

  1. Answer one call

The consultation. We do the looking; you tell us what's true about your shop: services, towns, hours, license.

  2. Review a preview

Click through every page before launch and tell us what's wrong. Nothing goes live without your yes.

  3. Approve or decline the monthly changes

Each month's proposed edits come to you in plain English. Approve them, change them or say no.

  4. Ask for changes when something changes

New truck, new town, new service, holiday hours. Say it in plain words to your assistant, or on Concierge, email our team.

Questions

How-it-works questions

How do I make changes to my site?

You tell your assistant what to change in plain words, from your dashboard, and it makes the change on your site. You never touch code. On Concierge, you can email our team instead and most tasks are back in one to two business days.

What does the monthly audit actually look at?

How your pages show up for the searches that matter in your towns, what's missing from your service pages, your Google Business Profile, and whether AI assistants name you when someone asks for a plumber. It ends in a short list of proposed changes. Nothing changes until you approve.

Will I lose my Google rankings when we switch?

We copy your existing pages at the same addresses, so the pages Google already knows keep working. Where an address has to change, we set up a permanent redirect from the old one.

What do you need from me to get started?

Your current website address (if you have one), access to your Google Business Profile, and the facts only you know: the services you offer, the towns you serve, your real hours and your license number. We'll ask for each one when it's needed.

Start with one call.

We'll look at your current site and Google Business Profile with you, and tell you honestly what a new site would change.
