PlumberEngine

Websites for owner-operator plumbers

A website that works while you’re under a sink.

When it’s you and a truck (or three), the website can’t be another job. PlumberEngine builds it, hosts it and keeps it up for $99 a month: your number first, honest hours, a page for each job you do, and a Google profile that matches. You approve; we do the rest.

Your month

What it takes from you.

Built for a small shop

Small shop, no shortcuts.

Your number, first

A tap-to-call button in the first screen on a phone. Customers with water on the floor don't read; they call.

Honest hours

Your real hours on every page and on Google. If you don't do nights, the site says when you'll call back, and offers a short form instead.

Your towns, not every town

The places you actually drive to, listed once. No fake city pages: Google treats those as doorway spam.

A page per job you do

If you do water heaters and drains but not gas lines, the site says so. A page for each job is how customers searching for it find you.

Your license, shown properly

In the footer, in your state's format, with the board or city that issued it.

Room to grow

Add a truck, a town or a service with one message. Move to Concierge when you'd rather email a person than tell an assistant.

Questions

Owner-operator questions

Do I need a website if I get most of my work from referrals?

Referrals look you up before they call. A site that shows your services, your towns, your license and a number to tap turns that lookup into a call; no site, or an out-of-date one, sends them back to Google, where three other plumbers are waiting. It also feeds the map pack and AI answers, which a referral network can't.

I don't answer the phone 24/7. Will that hurt me?

Not if your site says so honestly. Customers forgive a closed shop; they don't forgive a '24/7' banner that rings through to voicemail. We list your real hours, add a short form for after-hours requests, and tell callers when you'll call back.

How much of my time does this take?

About an hour to get started (one call, then reviewing a preview), and a few minutes a month after that to approve or decline the monthly suggestions. Changes are a text-length message to your assistant.

Is $99 a month worth it for a one-truck shop?

It's worth it if the site brings one extra job every few months, which for most plumbing work covers the year. It's not worth it if your schedule is full for months and you're not looking to grow; in that case, keep your Google Business Profile accurate and skip the site for now.

Get your evenings back from the website.

One call, a preview to review, and you're done. We'll keep it up from there.
