Price and terms
How much does PlumberEngine cost?
Growth is $99 a month. Concierge is $199 a month and adds a human team, an SEO and AI strategy session before launch, and one of our looks or a custom design. No setup fee.
Is there a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month. Cancel any month from your billing page.
Is there a free trial?
No. Billing starts the day you subscribe. You can click through our two demo plumbing websites and have a free consultation before you pay anything.
What does Google Ads management cost?
$299 a month, plus an ad budget of at least $300 a month that you pay to Google directly.
Ownership and leaving
Who owns the website?
You do. Your domain stays registered to you, and the site's code and content are yours.
What happens if I cancel?
If you leave, you can take the site with you: the code is handed over through GitHub, the hosting through Vercel, and your domain stays yours. Or cancel and the site stays up until the end of the month you've paid for.
Do you lock up my Google Business Profile?
No. Your Google Business Profile stays in your name. We work on it with manager access you grant and can remove at any time.
Switching and setup
Can you move my current website over?
Yes, at no extra cost. We copy every page, photo and post, word for word, at the same addresses so what Google knows keeps working. Most sites are ready to review within one to two days.
I don't have a website. Can you build one?
Yes. We start from one of our plumbing looks and write the pages from what you tell us: services, towns, hours, license.
How do I make changes after launch?
Tell your assistant what to change in plain words and it's made. On Concierge, email our team instead; most tasks are back in one to two business days.
What's included, and what isn't
Do you do SEO?
Yes, it's part of both plans: a page for every service, your Google Business Profile kept up by hand, structured data, and a monthly SEO and AI engine with the fixes made on your approval.
Do you track phone calls?
Not yet. Today we count form inquiries by the page they came from. Call tracking with tracking numbers is on our list but not built, and we won't pretend otherwise.
Is there a chat on the website?
Not for plumbing sites yet. Your site leads with your phone number and a short quote form.
Do you sell leads?
No. We help you get customers who find and call you directly.
Do you have plumbing clients I can talk to?
Not yet. PlumberEngine is new to plumbing in 2026, and we'd rather tell you that than invent testimonials.
